Single Clamp Perfect Binder

The single-clamp perfect binder features an easily adjustable book clamp and a cover nipping station with the ability to control the nipping pressure. Additionally, the system supports a wide range of jobs with easy job changeovers for added flexibility.

Colt Auto Stitcher & Trimmer

The stitching system features two feeding stations, adjustable stitching head gaps, and options for staggered or straight stitching. It automatically detects missing signatures and is easy to set up, with compatibility for inline trimmers and feeder extensions. The rugged design includes optional four-head stitching and allows deflection for offline trimming.

For trimming, double clamping ensures a square front trim, with automatic adjustments for head and tail knife gauges. The delivery belt syncs with the machine speed, and inline trimming processes one book at a time for high-quality results.
